Questions we hear a lot
What if my business doesn't have a website?
That's okay. We can set up a standalone chat page for your business that you can share with customers via text, social media, or Google Business Profile. Some of our clients use the chatbot link in their Instagram bio.
Can the chatbot actually book appointments?
In our Starter plan, the chatbot can suggest booking and share your booking link or phone number. For direct calendar integration, we offer that in our Growth tier. Most small businesses find the Starter approach works great — the chatbot captures the interest, and the customer calls or clicks to book.
What happens when the chatbot doesn't know the answer?
It tells the customer honestly that it doesn't have that information, and gives them your phone number or email to reach a real person. No making things up, no awkward loops. We train it to know its limits.
Is there a setup fee?
No. For small businesses, there's no setup fee — just $150/month. We believe in earning your trust first. If it doesn't work for you, cancel anytime.
How is this different from the chatbot that came with my website builder?
