These terms govern your use of AutoGrow, an AI chatbot service operated by AutoGrow AI Solutions in Alberta, Canada ("we", "us"). By starting a trial or subscription you agree to them. We wrote these in plain language on purpose.
AutoGrow builds an AI chat widget from your website's content. It answers visitor questions based on that content and captures leads, which we deliver to you. You install it by adding one script tag to your site.
New subscriptions start with a 3-day free trial. A payment card is required to start the trial; nothing is charged during the trial, and you can cancel before it ends to pay nothing at all. After the trial, your subscription renews automatically at CA$29 per month (plus applicable taxes) until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your billing portal — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we don't do partial-month refunds. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
We don't meter conversations or charge per message. In return, "unmetered" means normal business use — if automated traffic, abuse, or extraordinary volume threatens service quality for everyone, we may throttle or contact you to find a fix before doing anything drastic.
You keep full ownership of your website content. You grant us permission to crawl, store and process it solely to build and run your chatbot. You confirm you have the right to the content on the site you connect. AI-generated answers can be wrong or incomplete — review what your bot says, and don't rely on it for legal, medical, financial or safety-critical advice. You're responsible for how the chatbot is used on your site and for complying with laws that apply to your business.
Don't use AutoGrow for anything illegal, deceptive, or harmful; don't connect websites you don't own or have authority over; don't attempt to attack, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
We work hard to keep AutoGrow fast and available, but it's provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may update or improve features over time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.
You can cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonable. On termination we'll delete your chatbot data per our Privacy Policy.
If we make material changes to these terms we'll notify subscribers by email before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Questions: [email protected].
